Delete your account

You do not need to be signed in. Prove the number is yours with a code by SMS, confirm once, and the account is gone. Read what that takes with it first — none of it can be brought back.

What deletion does

Your sign-in stops working
Every session is revoked at once — this browser, the phone app, any device you left signed in.
Your profile is removed
Your name and, if you gave one, your email address.
Your practice history goes with it
Attempts, marks, weak spots and your mistake bank are deleted along with the student profile they hang off. Nobody can restore them — not you, and not us.
Your number is freed
You can register the same number again whenever you like. It gives you a brand-new, empty account; nothing above comes back with it.
Printed-book orders are scrubbed
The order itself stays on the shop’s books, but the delivery details on it — name, phone, email, address, island and any notes — are wiped.
Billing is wound down
An active subscription stops renewing and runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. One still waiting for payment is cancelled. Unpaid and overdue invoices are voided, so nothing is chased afterwards.

What is kept, and why

Payment records
Amounts, dates and any transfer slip you uploaded stay, because money has to stay accountable. Deleting the account does not erase the payment trail.
A tombstone, not you
What those records point at is an emptied row: the name becomes “Deleted account”, and an email address is replaced with one that goes nowhere.
Your number, inside that tombstone
We keep the digits there so an administrator can still match an old bank transfer to the payment it belongs to. It is no longer a sign-in, it is not used to contact you, and it does not stop the number registering again.
A payment still under review
If a transfer slip is mid-review when you delete, it is left for an administrator to finish — the money may already have moved.

Only want to stop paying? Cancel the subscription from your account page instead. Your access runs to the end of the period, nothing renews, and you keep your history.

Delete an account

We send a 6-digit code by SMS to check the number is yours. Nothing is deleted at this step.
